How do I know if they got my absentee ballot?


Either a) call your municipal clerk directly, or b) check your request status on the MyVoteWI.gov webisite.




What is the deadline for sending in my absentee vote?


Your completed absentee ballot must be delivered no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day. The U.S. Postal Service recommends absentee ballots be mailed one week before Election Day to arrive in time.




How can I be sure my absentee vote counts?


Absentee ballots are counted along with the others cast normally on Election Day. Just be sure to follow directions closely and meet the deadline for delivery.
